Click on "Contacts List" and see all the lists/groups in your account. If you don't have contact list then see this link Create New List.

Click on    this button to import contacts in your contact list.

After clicking    will get the page below

Here you will get 2 options to select.

1- Upload a file with mobile numbers

2- Copy/paste or enter mobile numbers.

By Choosing 1st option you can upload CSV, xls, xlsx and txt file only.

By Choosing 2nd option you can copy/paste number per line or enter number seprated by comma (,). Make sure all number must have country code.

Then click on Continue Button to goto 2nd Step

In 2nd step you also have 2 options to select.

1- All of my numbers are from the same country

 by choosing this option you have to select country. once you select a contry system will import only selected country numbers from your imported file to your contact list.

2- My numbers are from multiple countries

By choosing this option your all number will import in selected contact list.

Then Press Continue to goto 3 Step

This page you can match you fields with you data. 

if you don't want to import any column then just select "Do not Import" option from the column dropdown.

Click Continue to proceed to last step.
