Click on "Templates" from the top menu.

Then click on "New Template button"

After clicking "New Template" you will get a Create template popup.

1- Enter the Template Name (Required)

3- Enter the template message with "First and Last Name" tags. just click on "Insert a tag" button you will get two option with "First Name" & "Last Name". Just click on any of them it will automatically insert into the message as see below.
