In "Send SMS" page you can click on "Insert Template" button as see in below image.

After click "Insert Template" button you will get popup of templates you already created. Just click on "Select" Button.

You can create more templates. Check our "Create New Templates" help page to how to create templates

By Click "Select" button from the popup the selected template automatically shows in Message box.
